Trained workers for careful lifting, organised loading into the truck, stacking and unloading at the new address. Available as part of full shifting or as a standalone labour service.
Not everyone booking a move needs full packing and transport service. Some customers have already arranged their own truck or container. Some have family helping with packing but need professional help for the heavy lifting. Some are receiving a delivery and need workers to unload and place items in specific rooms. Our loading and unloading service is designed for exactly these situations.
We provide a team of trained workers who understand how to lift heavy items safely, how to carry furniture through doorways without damaging walls, how to stack goods inside a vehicle so they don't shift during transit, and how to unload in sequence so the delivery location does not become chaotic.
Anyone can lift a box and put it in a truck. What separates trained movers from random day labour is knowing how to do it without causing damage. A refrigerator carried on its side can have compressor problems later. A wardrobe dragged instead of lifted scratches the floor. A mattress handled with dirty hands gets stained. Sofa legs pulled instead of lifted break at the joints.
Our loading team knows these specifics. They wrap furniture edges before carrying through tight spaces. They tilt refrigerators correctly. They balance heavy items between two workers instead of one person pulling. These details make a visible difference in the condition of goods at the delivery end.
π‘ Important: For labour-only bookings, please make sure the goods are packed and ready before the team arrives. If packing is still in progress when the team shows up, it increases the working hours and may affect the cost estimate.
We decide the number of workers based on the volume of goods, the number of floors involved (with or without lift) and the total number of items that need careful individual handling. A 1BHK flat on the ground floor typically needs 2β3 workers. A 3BHK on the fourth floor without a lift needs 5β6 workers. Large office moves need more, planned by section.
When you call to book, tell us the home or office size, the floor number at pickup and delivery, and whether a lift is available. We will confirm the right team size based on that information.
