Vehicle shifting via carrier truck with proper strapping, loading coordination and real-time route updates. We handle pickup planning, intercity transport and delivery at your new location.
Shipping a car or bike to another city is not the same as moving furniture. Vehicles are high-value, they have paintwork that scratches easily, and customers are often anxious because there is no way to check on the vehicle mid-transit. We address this by being transparent about the process from the start.
Before loading, we do a basic pre-condition check with the customer present β noting any existing scratches, dents or damage so there is no confusion at delivery. The vehicle is then secured on the carrier using ratchet straps at four contact points. For sedans and hatchbacks, we use enclosed carriers when available. Bikes are strapped to platforms with handlebar supports.
There are a few things we ask every car owner to do before the carrier picks up their vehicle. Remove all personal items from the car β loose items move around during transit and can damage the interior. Keep the fuel tank under one-quarter full β regulations for carrier transport require low fuel levels. Keep one set of keys accessible and confirm who will receive the vehicle at the destination.
If your car has a known mechanical issue β a battery that drains quickly, a handbrake that sticks, or a gear that needs specific handling β tell us in advance. This helps the loading and unloading team handle the vehicle correctly.
π‘ For bike transport: Drain the fuel tank before loading. Remove panniers and loose accessories. Wrap the bike with moving blankets before strapping if you want additional protection for the paintwork.
Two-wheelers are easier to handle in terms of loading and stacking, which means we can often accommodate them on shorter notice than car transport. If you are relocating and want to send your bike separately while you travel by air or train, we can arrange pick up from your current address and deliver to your new one with a clear timeline.
